Great webinar! My children are now at home and the school is moving to a Google Classroom environment. The principal sent an email with the message: Any ideas that may help are welcome. I described how I am a certified scrum master and work with remote teams daily. I also sent a few ideas that may help as our kids transition to a remote school situation and offered myself as a resource to help overcome obstacles. This webinar is a great reference for many of the aspects of an agile team that make remote work successful! Thanks for this.

This situation is forcing the entire world to be more agile, families included!
In answer to the question; “need for transparency and insight into what tools other agile teams are using”, we are using Slack, Zoom and Jira for our ITIL team and Trello for our Scrum team. I really appreciate the suggestions for those of us working from home, thank you.

Great Webinar!! Our entire company transitioned to "working remote" over a period over the last 48 hours earlier in the week. I'm a Scrum Master and found many of the topics discussed and suggestions shared in this session very helpful. Please share more as they come available!

Thanks to ALL participants, including those in chat room, for sharing your time, your thoughts, your energy... and especially for being vulnerable, while maintaining a sense of humor! This specific event helped me more than any other during my first week of having our team all working 'remote.'

Judy made few great points re remote facilitation @ 40:10. I just want to add that VideoFacilitator is decent tool specifically designed around such mindset! Peter, the founder himself is an Agile Coach and fully understands the problem which is why VideoFacilitator was created.
